Import Fees and VAT
EU Customers:
For orders valued at £150 or less, we cover import VAT via our EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) registration, collecting it at checkout based on your member state's rate for upfront declaration and payment, which avoids surprise fees or customs delays on low-value consignments. For orders over £150, standard procedures apply, so monitor email or carrier updates for any customs notifications on additional VAT, duties, or fees, and respond promptly for smooth clearance.
USA Customers:
Duties, taxes, and fees may now apply to all packages regardless of value, with stricter customs inspections by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) potentially causing delays. Unfortunately, we cannot control what U.S. customs might do or decide, so monitor your email, mail, or USPS account for time-sensitive notifications and pay promptly to avoid refusals or returns; if a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes or missed alerts, shipping fees are non-refundable. For full details on the regulations, visit CBP's E-Commerce FAQs at https://www.cbp.gov/trade/basic-import-export/e-commerce/faqs.
International Customers:
For customers based outside of the EU and UK, your order will be subject to VAT and import fees once it arrives in your country - we do not charge you VAT at the time of purchasing for this reason.
Fees and VAT differ by country.
