While we strive to ensure each and every customer is satisfied with their order we understand that sometimes that is not the case. In that event, you are more than welcome to return the unwanted item/s for a refund or an exchange. Please note that we do not offer free exchanges to customers outside the UK.
All returns are at the cost of the customer. Please post your return back to our warehouse at the below address and as soon as we have inspected and processed it we will proceed with your refund or exchange (if you are in the UK)
For non-UK exchanges - please place a new order for the desired size/colour once your refund has been processed.

We ship all domestic orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48, so we aim to have your delivery arrive 2 days from the despatch date. While this is the case 90% of the time - please understand that strikes and holidays may cause slight delays.
International orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked, UPS or Evri depending on order contents or size. International delivery times vary by country but in most cases we expect the order to arrive within 8-10 business days from despatch. For more accurate estimation please contact us directly and we can advise based on delivery location.

If you have ordered the wrong size/colour or simply changed your mind. Please send us an email at info@kendrickimports.com as soon as possible. As long as we have not shipped it yet, we will try our best to accommodate you. Changes are subject to availability.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your product please contact us via our email. Please provide images of the product so that we may access the damage or issue more closely.
If we determine the item is in fact faulty we will, of course reimburse your return shipping and dispatch a replacement immediately!
When ordering items from a store based outside of the EU, all items are subject to import fees and VAT in the country where the order is received.
Due to BREXIT, the UK is no longer part of the EU.
As we are a UK based company, and all orders ship from our warehouse in the UK, you will need to pay the relevant fees upon arrival with your local customs office.
For all orders under the value of 150EUR; we pay these fees on your behalf - however if your order is over this threshold, these fees fall to you.

Measure the circumference of your head above your ears with a soft measuring tape. The tape should be placed approximately 1 fingers width ABOVE the ears.
This measurement (in centimeters) should be sent to us for correct sizing.

Outlining should be done while seated, with socks on & knees slightly forward. Draw the outline carefully, holding a pen/ pencil STRAIGHT UPRIGHT (90° to the floor) AT ALL TIMES. Your foot must not be shifted from this sketch while taking measurements.
Measure the distance (in centimeters) between the front toe line & back heel line markings & give us that measurement.

How to Measure:
STEP 1. Place your foot on a piece of paper and make a line in front of your big toe and at the back of your heel.
STEP 2. Use a ruler and measure your foot from heel to the tip of you big toe.
Step 3. The length on the ruler will be equivalent to your shoe size. (See size guide below)
Veldskoen shoes are unisex, but they're made on an "EE wide" fit men's last. So, their SA/UK sizes are Men's sizes. Ladies must order one SA/UK size smaller than usual. That will be your
'recommended Veldskoen size.'

Veldskoen shoes are made on an "EE WIDE" (extra wide) last. So, if you are usually a half size, please size down and not up.
For example, if you are usually a Men's UK6.5, you will fit into a UK6 Veldskoen.
The first time you try them on, your Veldskoen must be a little snug over the bridge of your foot. Within a few hours, the leather will stretch and the shoes will begin to take on the shape of your feet.

HOW TO ACCURATELY MEASURE YOUR FOOT:
STEP 1: Place a piece of paper on a hard floor and against a wall
STEP 2: Stand barefoot on the piece of paper, making sure that the paper is still against the wall
STEP 3: Draw a line at the top of your longest toe
STEP 4: Measure the distance in Millimetres from the line at the top of your foot to the edge of the paper which was against the wall
STEP 5: Do the same with your other foot
STEP 6: Use the measurements of your longest foot to ensure that both shoes fit you perfectly
